Image: UA:PBC Kateryna Pavlenko, Timur Miroshnychenko and Zlata Ognevich will be the hosts of Vidbir 2023. This is Ukraine’s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC) and is scheduled for next Saturday, December 17th.
Suspilne, the Ukrainian public broadcaster, announced the trio of hosts this Wednesday. Timur Miroshnychenko has been the ESC commentator in Ukraine since 2007 and was one of the hosts in 2017 when the event was held in that country.
As for Kateryna Pavlenko, she is the lead singer of Go_A, Ukraine’s representative at ESC in 2021 (the band was also chosen for the canceled 2020 edition). Zlata Ognevich participated at ESC for Ukraine in 2013 and took third place.
