Dora 2024, Croatia’s selection for the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC), started this Thursday. The first semi-final took place at the HRT studios in Zagreb, featuring 12 contestants – with eight qualifying for the final.
Noelle was the first to perform, with Saša Lozar closing the competition. Also taking the stage as a guest was France’s representative in ESC 2024, Slimane, who performed his song for the event, Mon amour, as well as Des milliers de je t’aime and La recette.
At the end of the show, the eight qualifiers were announced in random order, with detailed results not yet revealed. Last year’s winners, Let3, made it to the final, along with eugen, Lana Mandarić, Mario Battifiaca ft. Robert Ferlin, Pavel, Stefany Žužić, Vinko and also Saša Lozar.
These eight will be joined by eight finalists from the second semi-final, scheduled for Friday, February 23.
