Spoiler alert! The way results are presented will be different at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest (JESC) 2024.
This year, unlike the usual format in both JESC and the Eurovision Song Contest (ESC), the scores from 1 to 10 will be revealed in successive block. First, all the «1 point» scores will be shown on the graphic, followed by all the «2 points» scores, and so on.
Then, the 12 points will be announced individually by the spokespersons of each of the 17 participating countries. But that’s not the only change.
The graphics are also radically different, featuring a bar chart that fills up with points. However, the total points for each country will be displayed below their respective flags.
